Outstanding organisational and communication skills, along with being a team player is essential along with demonstrated reliability and longevity in previous roles.

You will have a minimum 5- 10 years relevant experience working within a busy household with a schedule that is constantly moving. Your ability to manage a family diary with lots of appointments and meetings is key, and an eye for minute detail important.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers along with manage travel arrangements, assist with staff recruitment and onboarding, undertake regular inventory household checks and ordering of household supplies. 

Must have full, clean UK driving licence & confident driving skills in London, as role does include transporting children to and from school etc. Enhanced DBS clearance, right to work in UK and live in central London. Salary up to £65 - 80k DOE plus statutory benefits.

Daily Housekeeper / Cook – nr Brecon, Wales

Our client is seeking an experienced Housekeeper, with confident cooking skills to cater meals for their Estate staff.

This involves preparing light lunches, such as sandwiches, soups, and quiches, as well as family-style dinners with protein-rich dishes like pasta, pies, chicken, salads, vegetables. Meals should be served buffet-style or left in the fridge for staff to reheat. Breakfast duties include laying out and ensuring cereals, bread, eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit are available for staff self-service.

The staff housing comprises 10 bedrooms. Housekeeping is done every 2 weeks only when staff changeover - cleaning room and common areas, bed changing and launder linen. Also oversee household shopping and stock control.

The position requires a reliable, organized individual capable of managing household chores and meal preparation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

 Proven longevity in similar role, or hotel background.

  • Confident cooking skills

  • Recent and checkable references

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

  • Good communication skills and clear English

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (agency can organise)

  • Must have clean driving licence and car to access property

  • Ability to start mid June 2026

 Hours/Package:

  • Monday – Friday plus 1 weekend per month

  • 45 hours per week

  • Salary £35,000 gross pa

Rota Nanny - Richmond, London

We are seeking a professional nanny to join a small team of Nannies to look after 4 children, on a one week on, one week off rota (7 days rota 2 nannies on at any point in time. You will be a strong team player and previous experience working in a busy and fully staffed household.

The role is to live in when on duty, depending on family’s location and schedule. Main residence is Richmond with secondary home in Kensington, along with regular use of other properties in the UK on weekends and school holidays, as well as overseas.

Would suit a well presented, physically fit and energetic nanny who has a flexible positive can do and happy to go with the flow attitude, who has a genuine passion for children.

You will have experience in overseeing homework - tutoring or formal education experience a bonus, and experience or understanding of Neurodiversity would be beneficial.

Must be discrete with a high level of emotional maturity and resilience, with good english and clear communication skills.

You must hold a valid driving licence and be a confident driver with children in car, possess an up to date DBS & First Aid certification, with travel ready Passport and right to work in UK, and recent and checkable references with proven longevity in your roles.
