We are recruiting a private chauffeur with proven experience to work for a HNW principal, their family, and guests.

You will provide safe, discreet, and punctual transportation combining a high‑level of driving competence, logistical awareness, and the ability to operate within a private household or UHNW environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving & Transport Management — across London and occasional regional or international locations.

  • Route Planning — Monitor traffic, weather, and security considerations to select optimal routes; adjust plans dynamically to avoid delays.

  • School Runs — Manage daily school drop‑offs and collections for children in the household, ensuring punctuality, safeguarding awareness, and coordination with parents, nannies, or household staff. Maintain discretion at school gates and follow any security protocols relating to children’s movements.

  • Vehicle Care — Maintain all assigned vehicles to showroom standard, including daily checks, cleaning, fuelling, tyre pressure, fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.

  • Scheduling & Coordination — Liaise with household staff, PAs, security teams, and external service providers to ensure seamless daily movements.

  • Security Awareness — Maintain situational awareness, follow agreed security protocols, and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.

  • Errands & Support Duties — Assist with luggage handling, deliveries, collections, and occasional personal errands as required.

  • Record Keeping — Maintain accurate logs of mileage, servicing, repairs, and expenses.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Professional driving experience in a private household, UHNW, corporate, or diplomatic setting.

  • Clean UK driving licence with an excellent safety record.

  • Strong knowledge of London roads, airports, and VIP access points.

  • Experience handling luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes S-Class, Range Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce).

  • Discretion and confidentiality as core professional values.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with short‑notice changes.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate the principal’s needs.

Desirables:

  • Advanced driving certification (e.g., RoSPA, IAM, or equivalent).

  • Previous experience working alongside close protection or security teams.

  • Basic mechanical understanding to identify and escalate vehicle issues

  • Must have right to work in UK and already live in London

  • Current DBS

Canine Dog Carer - Kensington, London

Our client is seeking an experienced Canine Dog Carer with vast experience working with household dogs, and other family pets.

Based at the family property, there will be some limited travel requirements for this position, thus UK or EU passport holders may only apply. 

You will attend to the individual needs of the family pets, making their environment as comfortable as possible and manage the daily feeding, medications, ordering of food, treats and supplies, grooming along with dog walking and pet training, cleaning pet areas, litter trays and enclosures, vet appointments etc for 5 dogs, a cat, 3 rabbits and a tortoise

When family travelling, plan transport, pack pet supplies and medication etc, and keep all travel documents up to date for the canines and kennels organisation, including arranging collection and drop-off. Must also be comfortable around children.

Schedule / Salary Package

The working schedule is 5 days on and two days off, shifts cover 7 days per week and usually between 7.30am and 6pm (Flexibility is required for the operation of the household and around the pets and principal’s events.)

£45,000 gross pa plus statutory holiday entitlement, enrolment into workplace pension, discretionary bonus and day off in lieu if additional days worked.

Good written and spoken English essential, ideally with dog qualifications or previous experience in the handling of dogs and pets in a formal capacity. Non Smoker, Enhanced DBS clearance or happy to apply, recent and checkable references and ability to start asap.

PA / House Manager - Knightsbridge, London

An UHNW family based in London, are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive PA/House Manager (female applicants only due to cultural reasons).

This is a varied, hands-on role requiring exceptional discretion, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced private household environment.

The successful candidate will work primarily from the family residence, overseeing day to day household operations whilst providing seamless personal and lifestyle support to the principals and wider family.

Key responsibilities:

·       Extensive diary and calendar management

·       Complex travel coordination including flights, visas, itineraries and concierge arrangements

·       Managing medical, wellness and family appointments

·       Overseeing household operations across the residence

Personal Protection Officer / Head Driver - Part Time Only - London

We are seeking a London based Part time Personal Protection Driver, who is happy to be on a standby situation and work around your own personal business, private passions, lifestyle, or a services retiree wanting part time hours to support own pension.

Ideally a driver with Royal & Specialist Protections (RaSP’s) background – Elite Police or Armed Forces, with experience providing a high level of Close Protection and Driving.

This position does require an individual who whilst they may have other commitments, must be of the understanding that this client takes first priority above all else.

The Principals require this person to be available for 100 days per annum (the Principals have two or three trips per annum, usually two to three weeks per trip), and one other member of the family who uses up the rest of the days. Planning of visits are scheduled in advance, with sufficient advance warning of your work schedule.

The individual will have sublime planning and driving skills to ensure clients are delivered safely and in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of service and needs are fully met. Full flexibility with your work schedule is required when on duty, which may also require long days including weekends.

Housekeeper / Acting Supervisor - Kensington, London

Our private client is looking for a formally trained senior housekeeper with minimum 5 - 10 years previous experience in London prime properties, or experience working within 5* luxury hotels or private residences, to work alongside Head Housekeeper and support as Acting Housekeeper when Head is away etc.

You will work on rota within a small domestic team, and comply with such instructions consistent with the position reporting to the Head Housekeeper, and subsequently a House Manager.

The housekeeper will be a good team player and used to supervise staff and equally join the team in a hands on housekeeping and cleaning capacity.

You will be organised with a real eye for details, taking pride in your job and willing to go the extra mile, ensuring exceptional housekeeping services. Must be comfortable working around children and family pets.

Must have an understanding and experience handling high fashion and all associated laundry and wardrobe management ie pressing, storing, organising, packing suitcases, unpacking etc.

Working pattern, Holiday and Overtime

  • Working Week: 5 days per week / 2 days off

  • Hours: Housekeeping service runs between 7am to 9pm, and split across 3 different shifts, each up to 9 hour shifts - as follows:

    • 1st shift of the day starts Early 7am - 3pm

    • 2nd shift of the day starts Middle 9am - 6pm

    • 3rd shift of the day starts Afternoon/Eve 1pm - 9pm

Salary and Package

  • Salary £55,000 gross pa DOE

  • Additional day of holiday in lieu if any additional days are worked

  • Statutory holiday entitlement of 20 days annual leave plus English Bank and Public Holidays.
