Our client is recruiting a full-time Housekeeper / Cook to manage household tasks and cooking for a family of four, including a newborn and a toddler. The household also employs a full-time Nanny for the children.

The house has six floors, so must be active and able to go up and down stairs easily. There are 4 bedrooms, including a nursery, and a wellness area with a sauna, steam room, and plunge pool.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and laundry: Keeping the house clean to a high standard, caring for delicate finishes, doing laundry, vacuuming, and tidying.

  • Bedroom maintenance: Making beds, organizing rooms, and keeping the bedrooms tidy.

  • Wellness area: Maintaining the sauna, steam room, and wellness space.

  • Managing tradesmen and deliveries: Overseeing repairs and deliveries to the house.

  • Organization: Keeping cupboards organized, restocking supplies, managing deliveries, and running errands.

The cooking is focused on ‘clean eating’, wholesome, healthy, delicious food and takes up around 30% of your time. Someone confident in help prep fresh produce ready for mum to cook, or cook and leave in fridge to heat up. Breakfast includes chopping fruit and prepping smoothies, fresh fruit, yogurt, and eggs. Prep healthy snacks for the fridge, cut vegetables and fruit. Straight forward but must enjoy being in the kitchen and cooking.

The household values a positive, friendly atmosphere. They are looking for a calm, warm, and caring Housekeeper who is happy and easy to get along with. The person should be able to work independently and manage a large space efficiently. Good English and communication skills are important.

Daily Assistant Handyman/Gardener/Pet Nanny - Kensington, London

Our private clients are looking for a good all rounder to assist the full time Gardener and Pet Handler - an individual with handyman and gardening skills, along with a love of animals, who is also happy to travel with the family to their other properties abroad (on occasions).

The role is working within a VIP private household based in Kensington, and requires working collaboratively with the wider household team, providing cover for colleagues’ days off, undertaking all duties reasonably assigned by the Employee.

The household includes five dogs, one cat, three rabbits and a tortoise, all of whom require attentive, knowledgeable care. The property is a large Grade II listed family residence, requiring a high‑level of maintenance, immaculate presentation, and a proactive approach to facilities management.

We seek an organised, self‑motivated individual with canine knowledge, excellent standards, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Pet Care (2 days per week – covering the full‑time Pet Nanny)

  • Provide attentive daily care to all household pets, ensuring comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

  • Manage feeding routines, medication administration, and ordering of food, treats, and supplies.

  • Conduct multiple daily dog walks tailored to each dog’s individual needs.

  • Maintain cleanliness of all pet areas, litter trays, enclosures, and outdoor spaces throughout the day.

  • Carry out light housekeeping duties in pet‑related and back‑of‑house areas

Garden Maintenance

  • Assist with Seasonal planting and upkeep of all garden areas.

  • Ensure front and rear gardens remain immaculate at all times.

  • Hedge trimming, dead‑heading, pruning, and general plant care.

  • Leaf blowing, jet washing, and external surface cleaning.

  • Management of rubbish and bin areas.

  • Cleaning of iron fencing, perimeter walls, and external architectural features.

  • Clearing gullies, drains, and ensuring all external water flow systems remain unobstructed.

Facilities Management & Internal Maintenance

  • Undertake general handyman and FM duties across the property.

  • Monitor and assist external PPM contractors as required.

  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues.

  • Maintain stock control of garden, FM, and consumable items.

  • Painting and decorating, particularly during family absences.

  • Basic carpentry tasks.

  • Basic electrical tasks including light‑bulb replacement.

  • Roof drain clearing and general external upkeep.

  • Provide support to House Management with any ad hoc operational tasks.

Household Support & Events Assistance

  • Assist with children’s events, activities, and entertainment setups (e.g., building toys, assembling equipment).

  • Support the wider house team with maintenance‑related issues.

  • Assist with high‑level cleaning tasks when required.

  • Provide additional pet‑care support outside core cover days when needed.

Plant Rooms & Storage

  • Maintain organisation and cleanliness of three plant rooms and the garage.

  • Manage inventory and organisation of off‑site storage areas.

  • Maintain a complete lightbulb inventory.

  • Conduct occasional maintenance checks at other London or overseas properties (rare and pre‑arranged).

Errands & Driving

  • Hold a clean UK driving licence.

  • Carry out ad hoc errands for the family or authorised persons as required.

 Working Pattern, Holidays & Overtime

  • Standard schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, covering a 7‑day household rota.

  • Usual working hours: 07:30 – 17:00, with flexibility required to meet household needs.

  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days annual leave, plus English Bank and Public Holidays.

  • Holiday year: 1 January – 31 December.

Junior Butler/Valet - London (plus travel)

Our client is seeking a London based Junior Butler for their property, along with extensive travel required. Butler training or background in high end Butling services within hospitality or private sector desirable.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage complex schedules of the principal in collaboration with the PA, organising appointments, meetings and travel itineraries

  • Coordinating arrivals and departures with helicopter pilots, aircraft captains, yacht captain, drivers, and airport handlers

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining client privacy and security

  • Maintain detailed medical files, tracking daily medication intake and medical appointments

  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other day-to-day tasks

  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services

After school Nanny - Knightsbridge

A lovely and respectful family are seeking a dedicated after school nanny to support the care of their four children, aged between 3 to 11 years old.

The family already employs a nanny during the day and into the early evening.  However, with the children now of school age and increasingly busy with after‑school activities, homework, and structured routines, they require additional support to ensure smooth, calm evenings, Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 8pm.

 Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the older children with homework and providing gentle educational support

  • Reading to the younger children and engaging them in age‑appropriate activities

  • Assisting with mealtime routines (no cooking required; a full‑time chef is on site)

  • Collecting the children from school, after‑school clubs, and playdates

  • Supporting the evening routine, including bath and bedtime
