We are recruiting a private chauffeur with proven experience to work for a HNW principal, their family, and guests.

You will provide safe, discreet, and punctual transportation combining a high‑level of driving competence, logistical awareness, and the ability to operate within a private household or UHNW environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving & Transport Management — across London and occasional regional or international locations.

  • Route Planning — Monitor traffic, weather, and security considerations to select optimal routes; adjust plans dynamically to avoid delays.

  • School Runs — Manage daily school drop‑offs and collections for children in the household, ensuring punctuality, safeguarding awareness, and coordination with parents, nannies, or household staff. Maintain discretion at school gates and follow any security protocols relating to children’s movements.

  • Vehicle Care — Maintain all assigned vehicles to showroom standard, including daily checks, cleaning, fuelling, tyre pressure, fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.

  • Scheduling & Coordination — Liaise with household staff, PAs, security teams, and external service providers to ensure seamless daily movements.

  • Security Awareness — Maintain situational awareness, follow agreed security protocols, and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.

  • Errands & Support Duties — Assist with luggage handling, deliveries, collections, and occasional personal errands as required.

  • Record Keeping — Maintain accurate logs of mileage, servicing, repairs, and expenses.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Professional driving experience in a private household, UHNW, corporate, or diplomatic setting.

  • Clean UK driving licence with an excellent safety record.

  • Strong knowledge of London roads, airports, and VIP access points.

  • Experience handling luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes S-Class, Range Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce).

  • Discretion and confidentiality as core professional values.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with short‑notice changes.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate the principal’s needs.

Desirables:

  • Advanced driving certification (e.g., RoSPA, IAM, or equivalent).

  • Previous experience working alongside close protection or security teams.

  • Basic mechanical understanding to identify and escalate vehicle issues

  • Must have right to work in UK and already live in London

  • Current DBS

Daily Housekeeper - Battersea, London

Our client is seeking a professional daily housekeeper to look after their high end apartment comprising 4 bedrooms.

Duties include all household cleaning, polish silver, making beds, ironing clothes, look after 2 cats when the employer is away ie make sure bowls clean, fed, litter trays emptied etc.

Must be a team player to work alongside the PA and Private Chef and happy to assist Chef with prep when entertaining, or needing assistance.

Daily Housekeeper / Cook - Notting Hill, London

Our client is seeking a highly professional Housekeeper/Cook, to join a young family in Notting Hill (closest tube, Notting Hill Gate or Holland Park).

The property comprises 6 floors inclusive of 4 bedrooms plus sauna/steam room and small garden, thus would require a fit and energetic Housekeeper.

While the household is relaxed and informal, high standards, reliability, flexibility and discretion are essential.

This is a newly created position and a varied role, suited to an all-rounder who can become a trusted and reliable long-term member of the household.

A working week would look like - Monday: food shopping and prep / batch cook for week ahead, and Tuesday to Friday housekeeping duties, laundry, sweeping outside etc. You will also liaise with contractors, and deal with answering door, mail, general errands etc.

Must have longevity and proven experience in a similar role, with recent and checkable references, DBS and right to work in UK with easy commuting distance to Notting Hill.

Live In Housekeeper / Cook - Surrey

Our client is seeking an experienced Housekeeper with Cooking Skills, for their holiday and weekend property.

While the household is relaxed and informal, high standards, reliability, flexibility and discretion are essential.

This is a varied role suited to an all-rounder who can become a trusted and reliable long-term member of the household team. Duties to include but not limited to:

Housekeeper

·       Full housekeeping for the main residence (seven bedrooms), pool house and gym to a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring that the property is always presentable and ready for family occupation

·       Laundry and ironing, including bed linen, with some wardrobe management

·       Managing household supplies and ensuring the home is well stocked

·       Support with preparing the home for guests

·       Provide occasional cover for London housekeeper if needed

Cook

·       Ensuring that the pantry and fridge are stocked (grocery shopping and sourcing fresh produce as needed)

·       Preparation and serving of healthy, nutritious family-style meals when the family is in residence, working with the Property Manager and the principals regarding menus and meal timings

·       Ability to count carbs and confident with cooking gluten free (strong knowledge of nutrition is an advantage)

·       Assistance and manage small events with lunch or dinner guests in Surrey or occasionally at the London house (BBQs, dinner parties etc.)

·       Maintenance of a clean and hygienic kitchen and stock rotation

Other

·       Assisting the Property Manager relating to the maintenance of the Surrey house (e.g. overseeing contractors and ensuring the systems and structure of the property are in good working order); reporting maintenance issues promptly

·       Oversight of security of the property, including CCTV surveillance, intruder and fire alarm monitoring (with Property Manager)

·       Assistance with errands

·       Children: some driving duties e.g. drop-off or collect from sporting events or practices, potentially some sole care at the property including overnight stays

·       Potentially dog walking or dog sitting when the family are away, occasional assistance with e.g. vet or groomer appointments

Key criteria:

·       Proven experience working within a private household in a similar role for 5 years+

Daily Housekeeper / Cook – nr Brecon, Wales

Our client is seeking an experienced Housekeeper, with confident cooking skills to cater meals for their Estate staff.

This involves preparing light lunches, such as sandwiches, soups, and quiches, as well as family-style dinners with protein-rich dishes like pasta, pies, chicken, salads, vegetables. Meals should be served buffet-style or left in the fridge for staff to reheat. Breakfast duties include laying out and ensuring cereals, bread, eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit are available for staff self-service.

The staff housing comprises 10 bedrooms. Housekeeping is done every 2 weeks only when staff changeover - cleaning room and common areas, bed changing and launder linen. Also oversee household shopping and stock control.

The position requires a reliable, organized individual capable of managing household chores and meal preparation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

 Proven longevity in similar role, or hotel background.
