Travelling Junior Butler / Valet - London / Global

Seeking a Butler with some hospitality experience or concierge background, to work for a formal UHNW Middle Eastern principal. As there will be a lot of travel, this role would suit an individual with no ties.

The main base is in London, but the client has property in Europe and the Middle East. The person will be working alongside the Head Butler, who will continue to share shifts and handle some butler/valet duties. Duties include, but not limited to:

          Manage complex schedules of the principal in collaboration with the PA, organising appointments, meetings and travel itineraries

          Coordinating arrivals and departures with helicopter pilots, aircraft captains, yacht captain, drivers, and airport handlers

          Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining client privacy and security

          Maintaining detailed medical files, tracking daily medication intake and medical appointments

          Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other day-to-day tasks

          Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

          Organise and execute packing and unpacking services, ensuring items were carefully packed, transported, and arranged at the destinations.

          Perform ironing and laundry duties, ensuring all clothing were properly cared for and presented

          Communicate specific preferences and requirements to ensure the suite is appropriately ready before the arrival of the principal.

          Exc salary / PAYE contract (£50 - £65k depending on accom). Can be live in or live out in London and abroad. Plus other benefits (travel bonuses, etc.). Estate in Oxfordshire.

Domestic Couple - Hertfordshire, UK

Our clients, a lovely family with two children, are looking for a Domestic Couple to join their existing team to work in this beautiful family home situated on a stunning 35‑acre estate.

A fantastic role for a couple who enjoy working as part of a team, appreciate structure, and takes pride in supporting a well‑run household. Staff include gardeners, a Head Housekeeper, and a House Manager.

The couple would need to understand boundaries, present with professionalism, and enjoy  teamwork. Duties as follows, but not limited to:

Housekeeper / Cook - A confident, organised individual who enjoys:

  • Housekeeping to a high standard (with guidance from the Head Housekeeper)

  • Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care

  • Helping prepare simple family meals (the family loves cooking themselves)

  • Supporting during weekends with guests, dinner parties, BBQs

  • Keeping the kitchen and household areas immaculate

  • Assisting with guest rooms and changeovers

This is not a formal cook role — just good prep support and the odd lunches for the principals. 

Groundsman / Estate Support - A practical, hands‑on person who enjoys:

  • Supporting the gardening team (no heavy work)

  • Using estate machinery: blower, strimmer, jet washer, quad bike, tractor, forklift

  • General estate upkeep: clearing leaves, washing down terraces, drains, general handyman tasks

  • Helping with two swimming pools (contractor handles technical maintenance)

  • Caring for 7 alpacas (vet manages health — just feeding and confidence around animals)

  • Keeping outdoor areas tidy and guest‑ready

A background in maintenance, DIY, or estate work is ideal but not essential.

The Estate & the accommodation

 Salary / Package

  • Salary on offer £80,000 gross plus full employment statutory entitlements

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours a day with an hour break for lunch (occ weekends)

Rota Butler - Central London

Our private client is seeking an experienced Rota Butler for 7 days on/7 days off rota, to join small team of private butlers in a large  family home in Central London.

The right candidate will be  an organised driven individual who takes pride in their position, is willing to go the extra mile when needed and has an eye for detail. Must be happy to travel as  a small amount of travelling is required throughout the year on family vacations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Providing an exceptional standard of service to the family and their guests.

  • Meet and greet/front door duties.

  • Upkeep and review of all service and principal areas standards and circulating throughout the property and outside to ensure that all standards and operational flows are well maintained.

  • Anticipate and attending to the needs of the principal and making their environment as comfortable as possible.

  • Supporting members of the operational house team to deliver the highest level of personal service to the principal.

  • Liaising with the chefs for all food and beverage requirements.

  • Passing on information to the management team.

  • Purchasing when required, managing stock levels and inventory stock-take.

  • Opening and closing of the internal property areas.

  • Liaising with the house team and Principal’s to ensure daily children’s school items are prepared and ready and all other requirements are well taken care of.

  • Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the kitchen and service areas (serving, clearing, washing, polishing, sorting, spot cleaning).

  • Occasional trip planning and packing/unpacking for the principals.

  • Running the service at Principal events and functions held at the property, liaising, and assisting with the event planners.

  • Management of principles daily supplements and medicines.

  • Must be comfortable working around children and the family dogs.

  • Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required by the family – a high level of amenability and flexibility is required.

Working pattern, Holiday and Overtime

  • The working schedule shifts cover 7 days per week and usually between 7am and 9pm

  • The Employee’s holiday year runs between January 1 and 31 December and the Employee’s holiday entitlement is 20 days of annual leave plus English Bank and Public Holidays.

  • The Employee will also be entitled to an additional day of holiday in lieu if any additional days are worked.

Salary and Package

  • The Employee’s salary shall be at the rate of £50,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience.

  • The package will also include enrolment to the workplace pension scheme.

  • The Company may in its absolute discretion pay the Employee an annual bonus.

Daily Housekeeper - South Kensington, London

 Our international private client is seeking a highly experienced Live Out Daily Housekeeper to oversee the maintenance of a recently renovated property. The residence spans three floors and includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dressing room, dining area, living room, modern kitchen, and a library.

The principals are not present year-round and visit periodically during holidays and seasonal periods. Therefore, the Housekeeper must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy, capable of maintaining the property both when the residence is occupied and unoccupied.

We are looking for an organized individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a proactive attitude, and possesses a keen eye for detail. The property contains a vast collection of artwork, objets d’art and porcelain, which require careful handling and meticulous dusting. Experience in cleaning delicate and specialized materials such as fabric, leather wall coverings, timber flooring, chandeliers, and marble surfaces is essential.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing various cleaning tasks with precision. They should also be adaptable to the unique needs of a high-end property, ensuring all items are preserved and maintained to the highest standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are critical qualities for this role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Providing an exceptional standard of service to the family and their guests, making their environment as comfortable as possible

  • To be able follow the instructions provided by the principals

  • Ensure that all housekeeping standards and operational flows are well maintained.

  • Care of bedroom suites, changing beds and replenishing linen.

  • Wardrobe Management and Organising – Managing all day-to-day items and high-end clothing, drawers and wardrobes, unpacking, packing suitcases etc.

  • Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the laundry (washing, pressing, sorting, spot cleaning and dry cleaning)

  • Set the breakfast table and basic preparation ie toast, eggs, croissants, etc.

  • Maintaining stock control and rotation of the entire household bathroom and storage areas, including back of house.

  • Follow and complete all departmental SOPs, Systems and duties to the exceptional household standards expected.

  • Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required by the family – a high level of amenability and flexibility is required.

Hours / Days

  • Monday to Friday 9/10am - 5/6pm however when family are in situ, occasional Saturday or Sunday may be asked, to assist when entertaining family and guests.

  • The Employee’s holiday year runs between 1st January and 31st December, and the Employee’s holiday entitlement is 28 days of annual leave, including English Bank and Public Holidays.

  • The Employee will also be entitled to an additional day of holiday in lieu if any additional days are worked.

Salary and Package

  • Salary up to £55,000 gross pa DOE

  • The package will also include enrolment to the workplace pension scheme & statutory entitlements

Candidate will have right to work in the UK, experience working in a semi formal environment, recent and checkable references, and current DBS Clearance. Ideal start February 2026.
