Our private clients are seeking two professional, warm and energetic Rota Nannies to join their fully staffed VIP household in Kensington, London. This is a live‑out position working within a team of two nannies on a 7‑day on / 7‑day off rotation, caring for one child aged 6. The role requires a polished, proactive candidate who thrives in a structured, high‑expectation environment and enjoys working collaboratively within a large household team.

Position Overview

The Rota Nanny will provide exceptional childcare, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and development of the child at all times. The role is based primarily at the family’s Grade II listed residence in Kensington, with travel required during school holidays. The successful candidates will work closely with the other nanny and the wider household team to deliver seamless, attentive support to the family.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care, supervision and wellbeing support for the child at all times

  • Maintain and organise all child‑related areas, including playrooms, bedrooms and activity stations

  • Anticipate the child’s needs and create an engaging, stimulating and enjoyable environment

  • Read the room and understand when Mum requires support or privacy

  • Prepare and organise daily school items, uniforms, bags and activity materials

  • Assist with planning activities, outings and age‑appropriate learning opportunities

  • Support with packing and unpacking for travel, holidays and weekend trips

  • Monitor stock levels of child‑related items and notify management when replenishment is required

  • Liaise closely with the household team to ensure consistent routines and smooth operations

  • Communicate effectively with the management team and the other nanny to ensure continuity of care

  • Be comfortable working around family pets

  • Carry out any additional ad hoc duties required by the family

Term Time Working Pattern

Rota: 7 days on / 7 days off
Hours: Averaging 48 hours per week

Weekdays

  • Standard hours: 3pm – 9pm

  • Flexibility required: On certain days, the nanny may be asked to start earlier — typically from 12pm, and occasionally earlier depending on the family’s schedule.

  • Any additional hours worked beyond the rota average will be balanced with time off in lieu to maintain the 48‑hour weekly average.

Weekends

  • Approximately 8 to 10 hours per day, usually 09:00 – 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00, depending on family requirements.

  • Weekend hours are generally more structured and consistent.

School Holidays & Travel

  • Full‑day cover based on the family’s schedule

  • Travel required during school holidays

  • If a trip exceeds 7 days, the on‑duty nanny remains for the duration, with rota adjustments made on return

Salary & Package

  • Salary: £50,000 gross per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)

  • Pension: Enrolment into workplace pension scheme

  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus

Our lovely clients are seeking a part time Housekeeper, for their 4-bedroom / 3 bathroom home, across 3 floors. Responsibilities will include general housekeeping, bed changing and linen care, cleaning, laundry and ironing (including wardrobe management), organising cupboards, and accepting occasional deliveries, ensuring the family home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and order.

Both principals are in situ with one young adult (total of 3 adults full time), with 2 other adult children living away and home on holidays and occasional weekends. No cooking required, no pets and a non-smoking household.  This is an informal home; relaxed with a friendly atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, show initiative, and be able to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements are Mon, Wed, Fri (morning or afternoons) for 5 hours each day (15 hours per week in total). Hourly rate £22 - £24 p/hr DOE self employed status, to start ASAP.

 Our international private client is seeking a highly experienced Live Out Daily Housekeeper to oversee the maintenance of a recently renovated property. The residence spans three floors and includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dressing room, dining area, living room, modern kitchen, and a library.

The principals are not present year-round and visit periodically during holidays and seasonal periods. Therefore, the Housekeeper must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy, capable of maintaining the property both when the residence is occupied and unoccupied.

We are looking for an organized individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a proactive attitude, and possesses a keen eye for detail. The property contains a vast collection of artwork, objets d’art and porcelain, which require careful handling and meticulous dusting. Experience in cleaning delicate and specialized materials such as fabric, leather wall coverings, timber flooring, chandeliers, and marble surfaces is essential.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing various cleaning tasks with precision. They should also be adaptable to the unique needs of a high-end property, ensuring all items are preserved and maintained to the highest standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Providing an exceptional standard of service to the family and their guests, making their environment as comfortable as possible

  • To be able follow the instructions provided by the principals

  • Ensure that all housekeeping standards and operational flows are well maintained.

  • Care of bedroom suites, changing beds and replenishing linen.

  • Wardrobe Management and Organising – Managing all day-to-day items and high-end clothing, drawers and wardrobes, unpacking, packing suitcases etc.

  • Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the laundry (washing, pressing, sorting, spot cleaning and dry cleaning)

  • Set the breakfast table and basic preparation ie toast, eggs, croissants, etc.

  • Maintaining stock control and rotation of the entire household bathroom and storage areas, including back of house.

  • Follow and complete all departmental SOPs, Systems and duties to the exceptional household standards expected.

  • Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required by the family – a high level of amenability and flexibility is required.

Hours / Days

  • Monday to Friday 9/10am - 5/6pm however when family are in situ, occasional Saturday or Sunday may be asked, to assist when entertaining family and guests.

  • The Employee’s holiday year runs between 1st January and 31st December, and the Employee’s holiday entitlement is 28 days of annual leave, including English Bank and Public Holidays.

  • The Employee will also be entitled to an additional day of holiday in lieu if any additional days are worked.

Salary and Package

  • Salary up to £55,000 gross pa DOE

  • The package will also include enrolment to the workplace pension scheme & statutory entitlements
