Chauffeur / Family Driver - Limassol, Cyprus

We are seeking a responsible, efficient, and discreet Chauffeur / Family Driver preferably with defensive driving skills and basic personal security training, to ensure safe and comfortable transportation and assist with daily tasks for a private family.

Personal qualities the client is seeking are: responsibility, diligence, honesty, discretion, neat appearance, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Having existing legal status permitting work in Cyprus, is also an advantage. However if necessary, the client will provide support to the successful candidate in obtaining the necessary work permits and provide accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and punctual transportation for family members (adults and children).

  • Running personal and household errands: accompanying family members, shopping and handling administrative matters.

  • Full vehicle maintenance: keeping the car in impeccable cleanliness, refueling, organizing technical servicing and timely inspections.

  • Accurate record-keeping and reporting of expenses (fuel, maintenance, errands).

  • Planning optimal routes considering traffic conditions.

  • Readiness for an extended 2-month trip to Italy in the summer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a family or personal driver.

  • Must have recent and checkable references from previous employers.

  • Experience driving luxury vehicles ie BMW/ Mercedes class, as well as confident of left-hand drive vehicles.

  • Valid Category B driver's license and a clean, accident-free driving record.

  • Current DBS / Local Police Check

  • Good command of the English language (minimum conversational level).

  • Greek language will a strong advantage.

Work Schedule: Mon - Friday 7.00am to 7.00pm (with lunch break) and occasional weekends.

Housekeeper - Part time - Bedminster, Bristol

Our client is seeking a part time experienced domestic housekeeper for this lovely 3 bedroom family home.

You will have previous private household experience, providing top end cleaning, laundry, ironing, linen management, dry cleaning drop off/pick up, ensure fridge basics are stocked etc.

Days/Hours: 8 hours per week, split across 2 days mornings or afternoons (not Wednesday as Principal wfh). Salary: Self employed £18 p/hr.

Weekend Housekeeper / Companion - Wimborne, Dorset

Seeking a professional Housekeeper to work on a self employed ad hoc basis, mainly at the weekends, and on average 2 weekends per month.  

This individual will need to not only be a good housekeeper, but be a touch point for a teenager who will be at the property. Ideally a maternal figure with previous experience with children (either childcare or their own older children), and presents with common sense and happy to work independently.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the main touch point for the teenager (but mainly leaving them to their own devices)

  • Making sure meals are prepared as required, laying the table and served up, taken away, washed up

  • Ad hoc tasks like liaising with the Chefs on changing requirements (i.e. should friends suddenly be coming to dinner or to stay)

  • Making sure all laundry is done

  • Feeding the dogs

  • Locking up at end of the day and stay overnight in lovely onsite accommodation

  • There is a possibility of also travelling to Surrey and London, on occasion.

  • Drive with own vehicle - petrol allowance when travelling to other locations.

Travelling Private Chef – Rota, UK

Our HNW client is seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and reliable Travelling Private Chef to undertake cooking for a family of 3 persons - preparing healthy, nutritional meals using fresh produce sourced from local suppliers.

You will be cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family and preparing lunch for household staff up to 15 persons (dinner in the evening is prepared by an external chef so just needs warming up and sides prepared). And, you will be responsible for planning menus along with the occasional dinner party.

Our clients are looking for someone who is passionate about food, who has a desire for healthy living, and experienced in catering for various dietary requirements for guests etc. NB: One member of the family is Vegetarian.

The Chef will be responsible for overall maintenance and management of all the kitchens when on duty – some family style kitchens, others commercial - including hygiene, cleanliness, H&S.

Hours:  

7.30am – 7/8pm with some flexibility – 1 week on / 1 week off (there is some flexibility on this)

 Package / Salary:

£65-70k gross pa, plus discretionary Annual Bonus, Company pension and Statutory Entitlements, and Petrol Allowance. Accommodation is in staff cottages with own bedroom, nearby B&B and/or depending on location, return home in the evenings.

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Private Chef preferred, but not essential, with proven longevity in previous roles.

  • Experience working in UHNW homes advantageous

  • Should be based within a commutable distance in South East or West

  • Passion for healthy cooking

  • Proactive self-starter who can work autonomously

  • DBS-checked & recent checkable references

  • Happy to use own car and possess Driving Licence

Housekeeper - Part time - Pimlico, London

We are seeking a self employed Housekeeper for a busy female principal, to clean her split level 2 bedroom apartment.

You will be meticulous with an eye for detail, with a calm and professional demeanor. Must have experience working in a high-end property; duties include cleaning, laundry and good ironing skills.

This is a part-time role for 5 hours every week. Ideally a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday - morning or afternoon - but must be finished by 6pm.

Must have recent and checkable private housekeeping references, with good English and communication skills, seeking a long term commitment.

You will also have DBS clearance and proven self employed status. Hourly rate £23 - £25 per hour DOE. Start ASAP.
