Weekend Chef - Knightsbridge, London

Our private clients, a welcoming family of 6 is seeking a skilled Weekend Private Chef to prepare fresh, health-conscious meals in their Knightsbridge residence.

This live-out role also includes catering for weekend household staff, with a focus on balanced, seasonal cuisine that supports the family’s commitment to wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve nutritious lunch and dinner for the family and staff (approx. 6-8 covers per meal)

  • Create appealing, age-appropriate meals for children, balancing nutrition with taste

  • Develop weekly menus prioritizing whole foods, seasonal produce, and dietary balance

  • Source high-quality ingredients, with a preference for organic and locally grown

  • Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards

  • Collaborate effectively with household staff to ensure smooth service and coordination

  • Flexibly accommodate dietary preferences and occasional guests

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in private households or high-end hospitality

  • Passionate about healthy cooking — confident with plant-forward dishes, lean proteins, and nutrient-rich meals

  • Skilled in preparing child-friendly meals that are both nutritious and enjoyable

  • Versatile across global cuisines with a strong foundation in Mediterranean, modern British, and Asian-inspired fare

  • Meticulous about cleanliness and kitchen organization

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Discreet, personable, and adaptable to changing needs

Days: Saturday - Sunday 8am-5pm. 

Salary: £36,400 gross per year PAYE contract only (no contractors or self employed candidates need apply).

Must be Enhanced DBS cleared, with recent and checkable private chef references, and right to work in UK with availability to start immediately.
