Overnight Companion / Carer - Kensington, London

Our client, a mature female principal, is seeking Night time Support; a Female Companion / Carer, able to stay Overnight Monday to Friday, from 7pm to 7am.

The ideal candidate will be mature, discreet, and deeply experienced in providing a high standard of companionship and care within a premium, collaborative team environment.

The individual will be understanding, patient, and a kind professional able to provide a supportive, reassuring, and engaging presence during the night-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Night-Time Support: Providing a consistent, attentive, and reassuring presence throughout the night shift.

  • Companionship & Assistance: Offering engaging conversation, managing evening/morning routines, and assisting with any immediate needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Attributes: Exceptionally compassionate, calm, patient, reliable, and flexible, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable with potential travel and capable of adapting seamlessly to different high-profile household environments.

  • Languagea: Preferred Arabic language & English

Essential Requirements

  • For the clients personal care, female candidates will only be considered.

  • Proven professional background in high-level companionship and private care.

  • A valid, clean Enhanced DBS check.

  • An impeccable, discreet, and mature approach to private service.

  • Willingness to sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to engagement.

Package

  • Accommodation: Separate, private accommodation will be provided on-site for the duration of the night shifts.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7pm to 7am (5 nights per week, high flexibility required)

  • Salary: £50k neg DOE. PAYE employment contract & all statutory entitlements.
