Live Out Wardrobe Manager / Designer - Roquebrune Cap Martin, South of France

An experienced Wardrobe Manager is required for a UHNW female Principal, to manage her high-end couture wardrobe, styling, and sourcing.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Record and sort clothes that are being delivered to the villa

  • Make photos and edit in Photoshop to match inventory records with each hanger

  • Maintain electronic records for all clothes

  • Organizing and managing wardrobes

  • Be able to locate and arrange clothes quickly

Further requirements:

  • Extensive experience styling and dressing high end designers pieces

  • Flexibility, Confident and friendly personality with excellent communication skills

  • Strong team player capable of supporting team members in solving problems, and teaching skills

  • Ability to run a busy operation, with 3 laundry support staff

  • Ability to adapt work in accordance with performance requirements

  • Ability to manage/understand speciality cleaning of theatrical costumes and the repair/maintenance of costumes

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Alteration service when needed

  • Proven expertise in laundry and dry-cleaning processes, with the ability to determine whether garments should be handled in-house or sent to an external specialist.

  • Excellent knowledge of textile care symbols and label instructions, to guarantee proper treatment of each item.

  • Working experience in the atelier or similar experience is preferable

  • Limited traveling and overtime.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job type: Permanent French Contract, or Freelance Contract.

Salary: Generous € DOE
