We are seeking an active and experienced Nanny for our lovely client based in SW Ireland. Assisting with 2 children under 7, you will also be happy to offer general housekeeping duties and assist with meal prep etc. You will become an integral part of the family, and also enjoy travelling with them for long periods of time across the school holidays.

Hours / Package:

  • Accomodation provided is a lovely apartment located on the grounds of the property, with own privacy.

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours a day - Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

  • Salary offered €500 – €600 per week with statutory holiday entitlements

  • Start: October 2025.

Must have:

  • Previous experience working in a family home with children

  • Must have an EU passport

  • Clean driving licence and confident driving skills

Housekeeper - Part Time - Guildford, Surrey

Our lovely and longstanding client is seeking a part time Housekeeper for their beautiful 3 storey ‘modern styled’ property.  

The ideal Housekeeper will possess initiative, be highly organised and meticulous, with a real eye for detail with proven experience in specialist cleaning i.e. parquet floors, delicate care of lantern chandeliers, objet d’art, soft handling of household furnishings etc.

You will also be responsible for changing bed linen, ironing of clothes etc. and be happy to sweep and water the garden when Gardener is away.

Must possess proven longevity in previous housekeeping roles, be 100% fully committed and seeking a long-term arrangement; and most importantly enjoy what you do.

Days / Hours:

  •  Minimum 12 - 15 hours per week, across 2 or 3 days

Hourly rate / contract:

  •  Self Employed £22 - £25 p/hr DOE

Our client is seeking a bilingual Russian speaking Gardener, who is reliable, skilled, with good communication skills in both Russian and English languages, to communicate with other household staff. This role can be Daily or Live in.

You will work on large and prestigious private estate that spans 1 hectare of formal gardens, a pond, fountains, a tennis court, and various outdoor living spaces.

Must have proven experience in gardening and property maintenance in a similar role, be physically fit, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, taking pride in hands-on work, to manage both garden care and general property maintenance to a high standard.

Live in Wardrobe Manager / HK - Holland Park, London

Our private clients are seeking an experienced Wardrobe Management to handle the Principals wardrobe - fine clothing, suits, shirts, handwashing, packing, unpacking, dry cleaning, polish shoes etc.. You will also be happy to assist the Housekeeper when necessary (80/20% split), when family are away.

This role is for candidate who has previous experience working in fully staffed and formal households. The family also has a full-time daily housekeeper.

A selection of the duties, not limited to:

Laundry & Garment Care

  • Washing, ironing, folding, and steaming clothes and linens.

  • Hand-washing fine fabrics (silks, wool, cashmere, lace).

  • Closet organization and wardrobe rotation (seasonal clothing).

  • Packing/unpacking for the male principal.

  • Care of shoes, handbags, and accessories.

  • Coordination with dry cleaning services and couture garment care.

Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning

  • Meticulous cleaning of all rooms, with attention to high-end finishes (e.g., antiques, silver, marble, silk).

  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.

  • Daily tidying of living areas, bedrooms, and service areas.

  • Turn-down service in bedrooms, if required.

  Bedroom & Bathroom Management

  • Daily cleaning and preparation of family and guest bedrooms.

  • Maintaining a fresh supply of linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.

  • Providing turndown service and setting out nightwear, if expected.

Kitchen Support

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and appliances.

  • Supporting the home in the absence of principals (e.g., security checks, plant watering).

Discretion, Confidentiality & Professionalism

Teamwork & Coordination

  • Working alongside other staff: chef, nanny, chauffeur, gardener.

Package and other information

  • Working 5 days a week to include weekends, with days off during the week, 10 hours a day.

  • A generous salary between £900-£1000 net per week (£65,000-£70,000 gross per annum DOE)

Driver / Chauffeur plus Travel - London, UK

Our client is seeking an experienced Driver / Chauffeur to join a team of 3 drivers, to start ASAP. You will be based in, or very near to London, with most of the driving in Central London throughout the day and evening, therefore strong knowledge of London and airports is a must, with occasional trips to the clients other properties countryside and in Europe.

You will be very discrete and flexible with any last minute changes, responding to the needs of the Principal and family. When not driving, the rest of the day is running errands for the office and households, as required, moving boxes, furniture, walking dogs, etc.

This rota role is shared between 3 drivers, therefore weekend shifts required but as its shared, you are not working every weekend. Other shifts are either full days or split between a morning or an afternoon/evening shift and typically 5 days’ work, and 2 days rest per week.

Requirement to drive several different cars (including sports cars and left-hand drives), and a Sprinter minibus, therefore experienced in these vehicles necessary, as is driving in Europe.
