Domestic Couple - Northern Italy

Seeking an experienced, fit, and active domestic couple for a lovely family residence located in Turin, at the foot of the Alps in Northern Italy.

The successful candidates will:

• provide first class services to a family of five

• work alongside an existing household team

• offer flexibility to travel with the family to other properties, as required

• be seeking a long-term permanent employment opportunity

Shared responsibilities include:

• Housekeeper/Cook: Managing all housekeeping duties for a modern three-storey property to high standards, along with preparing family-style meals.

• Handyman/Gardener: Performing maintenance, gardening, light chauffeuring (e.g., school runs), and assisting indoors as needed.

Salary / Package:

• 5.5-day work week, approximately 8 hours per day, with reasonable flexibility.

• Combined gross annual salary is up to 140,000 euros DOE (approx. 7/8k nett per month)

• Lovely separate accommodation provided

Daily or Live In Housekeeper/Cook - Henley on Thames, Sth Oxfordshire

Seeking a daily or live in professional, experienced housekeeper, to work and care for this formally run weekend home.

The principals, and their 2 children (who are young adults), use the property at weekends, normally arriving Friday late afternoon/early evening, then leaving on Sunday after lunch, or occasionally first-thing on Monday morning. Therefore, its essential that applicants understand this role requires someone happy to work Saturday, taking days-off Sunday and Monday.

Applicants must be dog lovers as there are 2 dogs in permanent residence, a Labrador and an elderly  spaniel who need to be fed and walked along with receiving TLC. (There is a full-time gardener employed, who can feed and look after the dogs on the housekeeper’s days off).

The housekeeper will not only need to look after laundry and keep the house clean and tidy, which includes 7-bedrooms and various reception rooms, but they must also have an advanced eye for detail and that natural ability to present every room beautifully, in a homely and inviting way, with cut flowers and houseplants, and when/where necessary, scented candles, candles and fireplaces lit. You will also be a good family cook.

This happy family, love their home and weekend-life. Therefore, it is especially important that the housekeeper can fit in quickly and easily, is well-presented, and exhibits a cheerful and friendly disposition, combined with a can-do/will do attitude.

P/T Housekeeper - Vauxhall, London

We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Housekeeper for a luxury apartment on the Pimlico side of Vauxhall, which boasts fine finishings and furniture.

You will be confident yet highly discreet, and extremely self-motivated. The role would suit someone fairly local to Victoria, Pimlico or Vauxhall, who has a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a calm, pleasant disposition.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently

• Organised and proactive, with a sense of pride in their work

• Comfortable working in a private home with minimal supervision – the Principal is frequently away for 4–5 months of the year

• A team player who can support the House Manager as needed

Role Overview:

• Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 2:00pm – 7:00pm

• Household: 1 Principal in residence (3-bedroom apartment; other bedrooms rarely used)

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping and cleaning of a high-spec apartment to a high standard

• Laundry and ironing (bed linen sent out to a laundry service – oversight required)

• Light food preparation (breakfast bowls, salads, vegetables, and plating of main courses – no cooking required)

• Occasional grocery and household shopping

• Managing a small petty cash float

• Keyholder responsibilities (no alarm duties)

• Chaperoning tradespeople/engineers when required, in liaison with the Riverwalk concierge and maintenance team

• Providing support and occasional cover for the House Manager during holidays

Seeking a Daily Housekeeper to work in this family home of 5, including 3 children.

• Duties include a high standard of housekeeping, laundry & wardrobe duties, shopping, restocking, dealing with tradespeople etc., with occasional babysitting.

• Would suit an active and highly organised Housekeeper - 4 floors, so lots of stairs - 6 bedrooms, 5 bathroom.

• Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, 9am to 5pm. Occasional weekend with notice in advance to assist with any special family dinners or parties, with time off in lieu.
