Private Housekeeper, Holland Park & Chipping Norton

Our client is seeking a professional Housekeeper for a hybrid  position split between their London residence in Holland Park, and their countryside estate near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds.

You will join a well-established team of 3 housekeepers, supporting daily operations in both locations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys working collaboratively, and is comfortable transitioning between urban and rural settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • General housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

  • Assisting with deep cleaning routines and seasonal tasks

  • Coordinating with fellow housekeepers to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Supporting the full-time housekeeper in the Cotswolds residence

  • Supporting 2 housekeepers in London

  • Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times

  • Occasional assistance with guest preparation and household organisation

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in private households

  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Fluent English with Right to work in the UK

  • Comfortable with travel between London and the Cotswolds

Additional information

  • Monday to Friday (3 days in London - 2 days in the Cotswolds)

  • 8:30am - 5:30pm.

  • Accommodation available in the countryside residence

  • Support with transportation (chauffeur or taxi from the nearest train station to the property)

  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willing to undergo checks

  • Fully verifiable and recent references

  • Immediate start - Up to £46,000 gross pa DOE
